Thursday (5/16)
After hundreds of hours poured into our 2023-2024 season, it finally came to an end. To celebrate all of the hard work done by our teammates and mentors, we hosted a banquet with around 130 attendees to highlight everything that we accomplished. The banquet was filled with amazing food and a review of memories being shared.
Firstly, we wanted to celebrate all of the hard work that was put in by the people on our team. Starting off with our mentors, we cannot thank you enough, mentors, for putting your time into our team and our teammates. We couldn’t do this without your contribution. We also recognized the contributions of countless members of our team by celebrating those who lettered! Although we love and value everyone who didn’t letter, these specific members went above and beyond, so we are very grateful.
Also, we introduced our new head mentor, Ellie! She has put tons of time and energy into our FTC and FRC programs, and we’re so excited to start our new journey with her as our head mentor. Furthermore, we honored our new captains in this same banquet, and were so excited to welcome them into their new positions. We were sad to say goodbye to our old captains, but it’ll be fun to see the new ideas that come up with our new ones. Congrats to Vonnie, Dylan, Riley and Timothy, our new captains for the 2024-2025 season!
We thoroughly enjoyed every moment working together and competing this season, and we’re so excited to do it all again next year. 🙂
