Halloween Fun: Harvest to Halloween

Playing and Learning!

Embracing the fall weather and spooky traditions, Talon had a great day at Riley Lake Park for their annual Harvest To Halloween celebration! We got there an hour early so we could set up our robot under the pavilion and off to the side. We had a table dedicated to button-making madness. It was not only fun for the kiddos to catch a few Crescendo notes but also to make their very own pins to match their costumes. While we hit a few snags on the road with Cronus, the kids were just as interested in how our intake worked as they were in gathering as many notes on their heads as they could. Meanwhile, one of the team members networked her way around to all the booths because we love new sponsors!

A Great End to a Great Event!

We are always excited to collaborate with Eden Prairie Parks and Recreation, especially when it involves candy and costumes. This year, our members showed up in their comfiest and silliest costumes, from a milk carton to Dante from Devil May Cry! But we couldn’t let our 2024 robot, Cronus, miss out on the fun either. Flipping its intake, or I should say tail, Cronus donned a very cute shark costume made by one of our team members! By the end of the day, we got lots of compliments from festival goers about our demo and can’t wait for next year.
