About Us:
Talon Robotics (Team 2502) is a FIRST Robotics Competition team from Eden Prairie, Minnesota. We were started in 2007 by a group of five Eden Prairie High School students who wanted to be on a robotics team. Since this time, we have inspired many students to pursue STEM and have grown to a team of over 50 committed members. In addition, the number of parents, alumni, and mentors continues to increase. As a large team, we aim to share our love of STEM with the community, make a difference in the lives of others, and uphold our core values in every way we can.

What We Do:
We aim to fulfill our mission statement every day through our actions. We strive to ensure our team is an inclusive environment, providing everyone who walks into our room the support and encouragement they need to thrive. A major way we work to uphold our values is through a large amount of community outreach. These projects, ranging from mentoring FTC and FLL teams to cleaning up our local park, are a beloved and crucial part of our team.

Meet Lefty:
In our 2025 season we dove into Reefscape with our robot Lefty! Named after its unique method of placing coral out through, you guessed it, the left! Lefty was the first robot built with our goal of a space grade robot, it was NASA or nothing!
