Bright lights, big city excitement! The spotlight shines on the Minneapolis double regional events, simultaneously taking place at Williams Arena (Minnesota 10,000 Lakes) and Mariucci Arena (Minnesota North Star)in the heart of the University of Minnesota campus. Both events are open to the public, and free for all spectators. Come check out Team 2502 Talon Robotics as they compete against area teams. Guaranteed to be packed with non-stop robot action. You will see the robot Talon built in 6 weeks and this years challenge, FIRST STEAMworks.

Looking to get your child off the computer during spring break?

Come check out the Talon Robotics High School Team #2502 compete in their Regional Robotics Tournament.  Students will gather in the robotics room at the high school and learn about FIRST robotics, the robot Talon built in 6 weeks and this years challenge, FIRST STEAMworks.  We will then board a bus and drive down to the University of MN to watch matches, have lunch, meet Talon members and tour the pits. The pit tour will give students a chance to see all the robots up close and ask questions of the 60 participating teams.
