Description:We go over events of the week and will start doing team building after. It is usually pretty short unless there are lots of events or information needed. Competitions are briefed at these events in the competition season. Voting for robot name, strategy, prototypes, ect.

Description:Marketing is a very important aspect of our team and we would love if everyone would get involved. This meeting will consist mainly of emails and discussing what needs to get done in the near future. Please consider attending these meetings and helping the team gain the sponsorship we need to expand the program and run the team more efficiently.

Description:No experience is neccessary, we encourage rookies to become mentors in order to improve leadership skills. This is a season long commitment that requires you to be there every day with occassional exceptions. The season goes any where from now to their last competition which for some teams will be December and hopefully most a little later (Februaryish). If you are interested in mentoring please let Katy Olson know ahead of time (text or email, contact info at the bottom). If you are unable to make the times for FTC but really want to mentor there will be FLL sign-ups coming out this week as well as one FTC team that will be meeting evenings. If you have an questions you can contact Katy Olson or Grant Silewski.

Business Leads MeetingsStarts: 5:30 pmEnds: January 5, 2017 - 6:30 pmLocation: Eden Prairie High School Robotics Room
Description:This day and time seemed to work best for the majority of people. The agendas will be sent out ahead of time so anyone unable to attend is welcome to provide feedback on any of the topics prior to the meeting. Their will also be notes taken and sent out after the meeting. We ask that all student leads that are available attend even if there is nothing on the schedule pertaining to your sub-team. This is also a good chance for the mentor leads and student leads to meet up before or after to go over current events.
The meetings are typically longer.

Description:We will talk about Chairmen's, Woodie Flowers award, safety animation award, and the other awards we submit as well. In the beginning it will mostly just be the Chairmen's award that we are talking about since it is such a big award. The time the meeting takes will vary between weeks. The meeting could be an hour or two.

Description:We meet at Dairy Queen and eat ice-cream, hang out, play cards, eat. at our weekly social. All students, mentors, and alumni are welcome to come. This is a good change for new members to get to know each other outside of the room.

Description:Kickoff marks the beginning of the design and build season. We learn what the game is and start designing and prototyping. Some people go down to the U of M to get the kit of parts and see the kick-off there. The rest of us are at the high school.
